These are really nice. I am not sure I would want to use them over 20 feet off the ground but up to 15-18 feet, nice. Light weight, easy to set up, work well.

sturdy and easy to assemble

I purchased a pair of these to use with my Werner extension plank. The construction is well made and the upper arm is adjustable to keep it level regardless of the angle of the extension ladder. Once mounted on the ladder it has a locking pin to keep it in place on the rungs and it also has clamps to secure the extension plank to the upper arm. If you use these safety features, the ladders, jacks and plank will be locked together into one unit that should be as safe as you can make it.

Very well made, heavy and solid. But why so expensive? I bought a new 28 foot ladder for $298. Doesn't make sense.

Lock nuts do not seat well. I was not cross threaded but sheared 2 bolts fastening the lock nuts. Nylon lock nuts would have been much better. I had to replace 2 bolts and lock nuts. Once assembled the units work fine.

They are plenty strong and do what they are made to do

The description said “priced per pair” but I only received one jack. Very disappointed. False advertising.
