This makes a nice chocolate moose (with yoghurt) for a low carb desert and the collagen is doing wonders for my skin (can tel a difference in just a few days!)

In the past when I have tried protein mixes, I have often had to try vegan ones because I can't digest milk proteins. So big plus here, this is a protein powder that is not vegan and does not get its protein hit from whey powder.Great that it is not vegan. The last one I tried tasted too much of peas.I am using it currently because I am tired with a viral infection and am off cooking and food. This should provide a slow burning protein hit. But note that I may need calories to fight an infection. Also it is quite low in fibre.Taste is quite acceptable. I like the hint of avocado and coconut beneath the cocoa. I found it a bit to sweet. But OK.I mixed it into a paste then added more water gradually and shook as directed. I just used an empty peanut butter jar. It mixed up well into a smooth paste and shaking added a froth. Drank as a cold chocolate shake.

I like this keto breakfast shake it's easy to mix and fills me better than traditional breakfast cereal. I find this gets me through the morning. It's also a lot healthier those sugary cereals. I love the taste and like the fact that it's quick and easy to use.

This breakfast shake is one of the best I have tasted, mixes really well, tastes absolutely delicious, brilliant way to start the day, it also keeps me going until lunchtime. Definitely buying again

Keto Chocolate shake, one scoop with water. Was easy mix with water and lump free very easily. The taste was ok however it was lacking a bit compared to other shakes made with milk. Could drink as part of a diet without too much discomfort.

I’ve tried my fair share of shakes fromAmazon and elsewhere. Really getting on with this. Not too sweet, yet definitely enough flavour. Looking forward to trying other products too!

I like that we can use this in Snacks, Meals, Coffee, Smoothie or to add to a Food Productsometimes it hard for me to convince myself to get up to cook something so this is very useful, which keeps me full for long time. doesn’t have that horrible artificial taste that I find most protein shakes have.Good, tasty product, easy to use and good value for money.I tried a few other some very expensive in comparison and some cheap shakes and meal replacement which are complete foods, and the ingredients/nutritional information were very similar. Like lots of protein, very little carbs, added vitamins, etc but no results. I've been told by the Dr. that the Collagen is very important for body and many other shake mixes neglect to add that so that's a plus.Easily mix able and I usually put this in my coffee but have added to beverage and a smoothie and pudding before. I am starting to see the benefits, use it every day and I think it is the best I have tried in a while.
