Love the idea of these. I got them for a corporate Olympic themed event. Unfortunately they were completely melted when they arrived despite having a cool pack in the box. It’s hot out. I get it. But now I have a bunch of chocolate I cannot hand out.

But larger, so you savor more flavor!

I just received my package of Reese's Olynpic medals. The box was crushed, the pods to keep the chocolate cool were completely melted and leaking all over, and all of the chocolate was melted. Absolutely unacceptable. I demand a refund.

The product was received with a little frozen product inside. The candy was soft and I hoped if I put it in the refrigerator it would be fine. I ordered it special for a graduation party. Just took it out and the shape has been ruined due to melting. The frozen product used to keep the chocolate from melting during transportation was inadequate. The shape of a medal was very important. I’m very disappointed with your service.

Item was delivered with several ice packs in the box, but they had already stopped working and chocolates were fully melted. I picked up the box the same afternoon they were delivered to our mail room.

The chocolate was melted, the "cold pack" was indeed, not cold at all when received.
