Had been doing a lot of research on BallStretching. Purchased a less expensive silicon stretcher. That was not for me. Maybe the silicone works for some - but for me it just felt like it was not strong enough to do the job. I ordered one of these. First one was a bit too bit (50 mm inner diameter) And kept slipping off, because my right ball is a bit smaller and would slide through. That was $100 mistake.Then, I ordered a second (lighter one) that is 38mm inner diameter. This one was $65 and just a little bit too tight. If I lock it closed, my testicles turn purple haha. So, I leave just a little slack (not tighten it fully) and that works . . but because it leaves a small gap, where the two pieces join, it can pinch.I have tested stacking the two. The smaller one closer to my balls, and the larger one on top of it - for over 3 lbs of weight. This hurts (but in a good good good way hahaha). The small one prevents the large one from sliding off. So - the large one is not really a waste of $100. I will eventually wear both together.Finally, I ordered a third one. This one is a little over 1 pound and with 42MM diameter. I am hoping that 42m is the magic spot for me. Just tight enough to not slide off my balls, and not so tight that they turn blue.These are great and I am already feeling as if these will get me the results that I want. I took off one star because it can get VERY expensive to find YOUR personal inner diameter size. And I am not comfortable returning items I have worn around my testicles LOL

if you want any kind of a tight fit, the design of this ring makes it impossible to use. If it was two screws, you could easily adjust it, but since one side as a pin, it’s impossible to use

Nice looking, feels good. I bought for the weight but the I.D. is too big. Some times 1 nut gets out and the ring falls out my pants.I will buy another smaller one to add below this one so it doesn't fall off and give me more weight.Not too heavy at all. Easy to install. Fast delivery.

They are pretty amazing. The left side was hanging a little low. Then I decided to pull the right side down to even them out. Now they're both hanging the length. I guess there's stretched about a foot down now. Mght need some tighter all day weights! I wish they had heavier weights.

Fits great. Takes time to get use to. I like it.
