I have 2 of these. I keep one next to my bed and stretch my calves just before going to bed and 1st thing when I get up in the morning. The other I keep in my kitchen and use it randomly during the day.Each was purchased at a different time and I noticed that one had a steeper higher curve than the other and was too uncomfortable to use. So I took a knife and shaved off about 3/8 inches along one side so the now feel the same.I find them very helpful!!

Works well for PT exercises. Perfect size for my foot.

Does the job for me. Was looking for inexpensive and useful, and this tool fits the bill.

My therapist used and I had to get one. I do home therapy exercises also and end with using this foam roller to lay on and relax and drop arms down from firm bed as I don't have a therapy table. After using this straight down my back and relaxing for several minutes, and longer, I absolutely feel so relaxed. Its also working on my neck issues and helping a great deal. It is simple and yet one of the better therapy items I ever had. Gives my back and stretch across my chest such a good feeling.

I thought that I was buying a flexible foam roller for my back not just a chunk of foam for $13. My fault for not researching it better I guess but it is not useful for what I bought it for

This is very versatile and travels well. Use it for calf and Achilles stretch—very Wirth the money. I bought the small one so I could travel with it. I would think the linger one would work better if using only at home.

This great product for my post-op for my total knee replacement is very helpful. The rolled-up towels and pillows just don't cut it when you have to use this to help straighten your leg

I use this to help my lower back lordosis and to put under my knees but if I fall asleep using it in one of these places, it mysteriously ends up somewhere else. However, I have felt some pain relief by laying on this product. Any little bit of relief is a blessing in my book.
