Greenland Home Antique Chic Authentic Patchwork Cotton Quilt Set, Multicolor, 3-Piece King/Cal King

I love this set! I had bought it once before but lost it a few months later, when a tornado destroyed everything. As we're trying to start over and 're-establish a new home, I remembered this set. It was so well made and the colors pulled everything in my bedroom together perfectly. I love the patchwork and the bedspread is a nice medium weight. Best of all, it's oversize means I'm not left fighting for covers from my husband because it has plenty to go down both sides of the bed. I remembered that as a big selling point for me, since all previous comforters and bedspreads never seemed to cover the whole bed; especially with us in it. This has plenty of extra! I love all of the various colors that blend so well together with just about any other color. They're not too bright, nor dull but just right! So I bought the matching curtains for my Windows but a solid color blue that blended in for our patio door. This set has a natural elegance and style to it that will dress up any room! Our previous bedroom set was a light Oak and a bit modern and I thought it looked really nice but now we have a medium Honey Oak and all I can add is that it looks even more elegant with this wood and Early American style. It is extremely well made and I love it! I've gotten many compliments on the set and asked where I bought it. It truly is impressive and look much more expensive than it was. I just can't say enough good things about it! If you like the look of elegance, like comfort and good quality with a price you can afford and a set I'm sure will last a long time as well as its made, then I highly recommend this set!! I know I'd buy it all over again. Oh and I almost forgot; the bedspread is reversible too! If your even slightly tempted, buy it! You won't regret it!

I really like how this fit my bed and the fact it is cotton. The colors are nice if you like bright colors - they are a little too bright for me but not so much that I want to return it since I can use it in a spare bedroom. It seems to be such good quality that I bought the same one in a paler color pattern and that one I am using in my bedroom and really love it. Both the second one I bought and this one are reversible but I like the other one on both sides because the colors are more muted. This one is gold on the reverse side with a lot of green leaves and pink and rose flowers. For someone who likes gold it is nice. Top side looks just like it is pictured and is very pretty, too. We all have different taste so I gave this five stars though I prefer the more muted pattern one. Both are well made. My bed is high and this bedspread comes almost to the floor which is what I wanted. If, because it is cotton, it shrinks a bit it will still be wide enough and long enough to look great on my bed.

I kept putting off ordering this quilted bedspread for a long time. It was the colors that were kind of putting me off. I wanted this to be my "Winter Quilted Bedspread" (I have this same brand quilted spread, "Blooming Prairie", and it is absolutely beautiful...it is my spring/summer spread). I decided I would go ahead and order this spread so I could actually see the colors in person ~ soooo glad I did. It is just lovely and it is going to be so warm and inviting looking this fall & winter. FYI ~ I have a king bed but I do not like the spread to come to the floor so I order the Queen Spread and it comes to the bottom of the side rails...my bed is on a frame that has four posts and side rails. Since I really did not want to use it with pulling the spread over the bed pillows, a friend helped me figure out how to make this work (the Quilt in this pattern in the King is too short of either side so I was perfectly delighted they make this pattern in a bedspread). We pulled the spread up to the headboard and the overage of material at the foot, we tucked between the mattress & box springs and still had some fabric hanging free at the foot so that the mattress & box springs do not show, then made a hospital corner and with the little bit of the spread that was still sticking out from under the corner, I neatly stuck it between the mattress & the side rail ~ perfect! Making the bed and keeping the spread neat & tidy is so easy because of the squares. I do not dread making up the bed because it is now just so easy getting the spread neat & tidy! The fabric is very high quality and although I have not washed my Blooming Prairie spread, I expect it to wash very nicely. I use a tape roller to keep dog & cat fur from staying on it...but I also cover the spread with a "dog/cat sheet" at night so the fur does not weave it's way through the fabric. Oh...almost forgot ~ I ordered the throw to go on top of the spread ~ gives it just that one little extra dimension and also helps to keep the spread clean during the day....yep...pets get on the bed. I found the square decorator pillows on Amazon (look for my review of them and you will know where to order them as they do not come with the three piece spread set).

Great quality and the perfect combination of autumn/winter colours for a cozy, cottage vibe. I absolutely love it and it has held up well even with out two dogs who are often on the bed.

Very pleased with this quilt set. The colours have an antique look, which is what I was after. I appreciated the shams, quilt and the pillows were so nice to get.
