I tend to forget to take my vitamins..-enough stuff going on. I am supposed to take D3 as I am often low on it. My pharmacist recommended a once weekly dosage so I bought these . I love it! I start my Monday's off with this and another once weekly med. Easy to swallow and easy to remember. SCORE!

Was what I expected
I won't know if it did what it was supposed to do until I go to my doctor again which will be in 6 months however this is what she wanted me to take and I was able to get it without a script. It is easy to swallow and therefore I would continue to take it if I needed it but it is high dose vitamin d and I'm hoping I won't need it forever. It is once a week dosing. I will purchase it again if I need to continue with the high dosage of vitamin d as per her instructions
