If you don’t have a microwave can you cook then on the hob

These oats are instant in the sense that you don't have to cook them. Just add boiled water or milk, cover for a minute and it's done.

Does the Original version contain sugar? It's not on the list, but it says that some of the carbohydrates come from sugar. Why isn't it on the list?

I get the Honey flavour I would guess that the Original does have some sugar in it. Looking at the Honey ingredients per 100g there are 66.6g of Carbs and of that 21.5g are listed as 'sugars'.

Can i ask whats the expiry on the pack?

The boxes we ordered in June have an expiry date of 11th April 2020 although ours were with golden syrup ( highly recommended!)

Are these GMO free ? 🤔

As I trust Quaker Oats I would say yes they are GMO free, but this is just my opinion.
